Just that 1.5 secs of clearness when you could make out a picture was glorious and if that picture was a naked woman. The FAP was on like donkey kong

I'm not sure if that was a nipple but in my mind it was and that's all that counted.

Do kids still have "dance parties"?

Memories of our dances in the 80's:

All day at school on the day of THE DANCE. Everyone would be like brah you going to the dance? We all would go to the dance then all the girls would be on one side and the boys on the other side to scared to dance. Good times

Skipping school and going straight to the mall. Could spend a whole day there with food courts, record/cd shops, arcades, sports/toy stores. Throw in Riding bikes , playing pick up basketball / baseball at the park on the weekends/summer days . The 80's were so awesome. Glad i was a Gen X kid.

Teens in the 70s, 20s in the 80s...it's like I won the generational jackpot.

Ehh. I look at it a little differently. I was in college ‘86-‘90.

Probably one of the most repressed periods in history.

Girls wore clothes like they were on Little House on the Prairie. AIDS was terrorizing the world. I didn’t learn how to make an excel spreadsheet

Not to mention the crack epidemic that destroyed inner cities

Born in 83. Being a kid in the 80s was amazing. The action figure lines were absolutely unbeatable. He-Man, TMNT, Transformers, GI joe, Stat Wars.

Every time i see a Heavy D video, i laugh at the Coke Cola rugby shirts.

Those things were the shite.

You also had z-cavaricci

I knew a guy who worked for merry go round, so i got zcavaricci at costs, so i had the pants, sweaters, etc.

That pic of the IROC brings back some memories. I had access to an IROC as well as a Trans Am when I was 15. Both were V8s with 5 speeds. It’s a miracle I’m still alive.

And the benetton shirt reminded me of the Coca-Cola shirts that I’ll never understand, but you had to have one.

LOL. You don’t know your arse from a hole in the ground. The inner cites had already gone to complete dog shite back in the mid to late 60s long before crack was anything more than what separates your arse cheeks. All the drug called crack did in the 80s was add fuel to a fire that had already been roaring for over a decade.

Meh, I was born in 1979. 80s were fine as a kid but I much prefer adulthood. Bedtimes, no money, frick that.
