Not really. LE typically concentrates where crime occurs. Assault, rape, robberies, etc occur independent of LE presence.

That being said, as how I have read statistcs and studies from professionals and scholars and listened to both sides of the arguments from highly informed and experienced persons with these matters, I have exercised something called reason and formulated logical conclusions. That you seem to fail to understand how this process could possibly take place is a pretty good indication that you aren't exactly the kind of mind with an aptitude for objective analysis of political phenomena to begin with.
But I can more simply discredit you through mockery. So all those protesters who have destroyed property and looted prior to police investigations, with ignorant and false representations of the facts, and who peddle a notion that police are out to murder innocent blacks nationwide, are experts?

You're wrong. Stop and frisk, judicial sentencing of longer terms for the same crimes compared to whites, DWB, the # of unarmed blacks killed proportionate to their population size, etc.

This has been repeatedly addressed. ALL people kill those they are around the most. Whites kill whites, blacks kill blacks, Asians do math.
Answer this, please. PROPORTIONALLY, why do blacks kill so much more than whites? WHY is that practically the default answer for blacks?

You're attacking a strawman. Please quote specifically in my post what I'm "wrong" about as none of what you just mentioned was discussed. The subject of your OP and it's significance is what was addressed, which you now completely neglect to mention in your efforts to change directions.
The rest of that is a sperate conversation entirely, which has been had ad nauseum here and elsewhere.

Even if you don't factor the higher rate (it is baffling they completely ignore it), if 83% of murders by white people are against other white people, doesn't that factor in favor of the argument that most white people aren't racist?

Nor is it racist or even stupid. Prejudging things/people/situations is done in life ALL THE TIME! We all use our past experiences to lead our behavior.
