Only reason I know that Cincy has ghettos is because of a story about a pro wrestler from the city combing those areas looking for his disappeared baby momma, which got him arrested by the cops because they thought he was looking for crack.

New Orleans has tried over the years to do this with the French Quarter, but never been as successful. And the current mayor just FUBARed everything.

Violent crime rate of over 900 per 100,000 across the city. In specific neighborhoods, the violent crime rate is ridiculous. That is an incredible crime rate.
