Its been said several times here, but you keep ignoring it. The UI benefits right now are approaching the national median income. Half of the bell curve is being wiped out.
And if someone is an adult raising a family on minimum wage because they are too useless to find something better, how is that the employers' fault and why should the government pay that motherfricker 30K per year to do nothing?

I’m curious as to what Powerman does for a living to be so blind to the plight of small businesses right now

I wouldn’t and have been in situations in my life where I earned very little and could have collected food stamps and could have collected unemployment... but I didn’t. My pride and sense of guilt prevented me from being a freeloader POS and made me get off my arse and work, even if it meant working shite jobs temporarily to get by until I found something better. I didn’t go to college until my 30s. I have been out in the low skilled workforce. I know the gripes of workers but I also know the workers. Most are there because of their own shitty decisions or dysfunctions/issues. Situations they created for themselves. If you want to get out of it, you can. By worker harder and making an effort to move up. It’s about effort... not sitting on your arse collecting government checks.

I blame all you trump supporters. If it weren't for you gullible suckers who got hoodwinked by that orange shyster, we would be starting the second term of the Kasich administration right now.

Construction management
Perhaps I'm fortunate to work in an industry that doesn't pay people shite wages. I guess I'm somewhat insulated from the idea that people should expect "skilled" labor for 16 dollars an hour.

I believe that the UE benefits are having a pretty big impact
I also believe that companies both small and big severely underpay for labor

literally everyone who makes less than the national average should just go drive for Uber.

Might not be bad supplemental income
And depending on where you live it might be better than your shitty 16 dollar an hour job for "skilled labor"
