Almost finished reading Gulag Archipelago. What the Nazis did was comparative child's play, possibly outdoing the Soviets only in direct boldness (the gas chambers as opposed to drawn out starvation alone) unique to such a scientific and matter of fact german personality. Patton was right: we should have continued driving right through their motherland and freed the russians from their marxist overlords. Instead, the allies turned over swarms of defected Russians to their doom.

Patton was right about everything.

Can you ask your grandmother about all the times the Germans executed hundreds of thousands of civilians right in the center of town, like they did all over France?

Well she's dead, and she didn't live in France.

I haven't read every post in here, but today is also when the Siege of Leningrad ended. In '44.

False
We were 100 % high efficency in production England France and NY other allies would have got on board.
We could have ended the cold war before it started and most likely avoided all the shite in the middle east.
Eisenhower should have finished the reds off

do wonder why any group hell bent on extinction of a race would take the time to tattoo them or spend the money to cut their hair. Why give them prison uniforms? Why provide them with razors for shaving? I will never understand the lengths Germany went, to spend funds on these people during a war effort, on a group of people that they wanted exterminated.

They somewhat took care of the ones who could perform useful work. They executed those who could not work

I haven't met a single person that have ever complained about immigrants. I've heard alot of people complain about illegal immigrants. There is a massive difference and you know that but to fit your narrative you purposely left that out.
Legal immigration in the name of economic necessity led to the cultural destruction of the UK, Canada and half the EU. Sure illegal is more of an issue here in America but I would be extremely weary of any immigration. Just waving everyone in as long as they are legal is not the way to go.

The least humane of the bunch were Eitzengruppen. True thug mentality and ironically weren’t always the culprits because they would recruit countrymen of the local country to carry out their bidding. Imagine killing your own people like that.

Auschwitz was never bombed, at all. Two prisoners escaped & ended up meeting with high level Brits in London. They begged to have the camp bombed; it was passed on to D.C. A decision was made to not bomb the camp & that the quickest way to save the camp was to win the war. That decision was widely discussed & criticized post war. The Nazi guards left the camp as it was, taking the majority of the surviving prisoners on the infamous death march. The Russians liberated the camp & their version noted the same, the camp was intact.

Asylum seekers are being thrown right in with illegal immigrants

Because most of them walked into Mexico before getting here to seek asylum and are therefore here illegally. They should’ve filed for asylum in the first country they entered.

My wife's (no pics) grandmother and great-aunt were the only survivors of a family of seven to leave the Jasenovac concentration camp in Yugoslavia. The camp was run by the Ustaše, Croatian collaborators with the Nazis. At the time of their liberation by Yugoslav partisans in 1945, she was at the Stara Gradiška subcamp of Jasenovac.

Nazis were sickened by the crimes of the Ustase. Think about that for a minute.

And for some reason Croatia gets a pass.

I'm not hearing that at all. On the contrary, all I'm hearing is that all of our problems are due to brown immigrants. And now there are people who want to use our armed forces to roust all of these immigrants from their homes, and put them in detention centers awaiting deportation. What could go wrong?

For some reason you forgot to put the word "illegal" in front of "immigrants."

Just saying.

All "death camps" were peculiarly liberated by the Soviet Army

It’s not peculiar because there were only 5 or 6 designated “death camps” and they were all in Poland which was liberated by the Soviets coming from the East. The US army never needed to go that far eastward.

Also, anyone who questions those places’ existence and purpose are ignorant. My uncle is from Northern Ireland and grew up there during the war. He told me a story last year about his cousin who was a chef and was tasked with creating a nutrition plan for the survivors of Sobibor death camp who were so emaciated that even 10 calories per day was too much for them to handle. Absolutely horrific shite. Also, I have personally met Auschwitz survivors (as I’m sure many others here have), seen the tattoos on their wrist and heard their personal testimonies. It’s so unfortunate that soon enough all of them will be gone, which is why it’s important that their stories are heard.

The math doesn't work. It just isn't true.

Also, do you think Jared Kushner's grandmother dug a 1,000 foot escape tunnel, with a spoon?

Really?

Probably because all six of them were built in Poland - which was part of the Eastern Front in 1944-45. U.S. forces advanced as far east as the river Elbe in Germany in May 1945. They nor any other Western power ever set foot in Poland during the Second World War.

I can use flash cards, if it helps you understand better.

There’s no reason to be an a-hole just because some disagrees with you. A mature adult would know that.
