I'm generally a "not guilty" type but 13 is too young.
15/16 and I think most boys that age can handle and appreciate it. I lost it at 15 to an "older woman" who was a Sr in high school. I don't much think I would have minded a semi hot milf of this woman's age for sure.

Maybe things have changed but I was proposition by older women decent amount as a 13-15 year old in 70s, (I was a good looking kid with six pack, who could bench 300, etc even then) but I always wimped out, or something happened. I don’t think it was sexual abuse. One of them was a teacher but not my teacher, the kids that didn’t wimp out, typically ended up getting a lot of action from other girls for some reason. I didn’t mess me up or any of them.
13-15 just seemed to be so much older back then.

Hell I’m 27 and most freshmen in college already look like children to me. We joke but this woman is messed up in the head
