Twitter says longhorn band members get no scholarship and actually have to pay dues to perform.
What a bunch of cheap bastards. I’m pretty sure LSU band members at least get a stipend.

I’m having a hard time following why this song is so bad. It’s like three degrees removed from a quote Robert E. Lee used to share with his students at Washington College.

The more we learn about China and their relationship with the American left, the more we understand why this is happening.

Why am I not surprised that one of the wealthiest schools in the country would cheap out and make band members pay dues?

LSU band members were getting stipends back in my day, 98-01.
There were also a few band/academic scholarships available each year. I think two, unless that has changed.

Supposedly all band members are volunteers (not the TN real UT kind). The univ should hire outside musicians, put them in uniform and have them play it.
