I've worked in education for a while across the state, and I couldn't even take an educated guess on how often it happens.

While the teachers are doing wrong...at the same time both males and females hormone change and then they wanna frick teachers....kids r as guilty as the teacher....I dont care how it is figured or what u say.....those students wanna frick just like the teacher does ...student should be expelled and sent to a boarding school and jail when they are 18 if a teacher loses their job and has to go to jail....personally its just sex but if one suffers from their actions, the other should too...no questions

I agree mostly. Under 16 is definitely bad, but if at 16 when I was smashing girls my age or older I would have jumped at the chance to hit that and like this kid would have tried to delete the evidence in this circumstance. The argument is that the kid isn't mature enough to know better, but they don't have a problem with me having sex wit a senior when I'm a junior, it's a non issue.

I disagree...they do know better, because they are taught to know better than to have sex in school either from parents and esp from society....a student gets no get out of jail free cards in my eyes...most times the juvenile is more corrupt and cray cray than the teacher not because they are younger....when I was a kid I knew right from wrong when I started school as a child, esp as a teen so all this bs about "its children" is bs...so a student aint defenseless..they know, and do ten times worse things. Than frick an adult..to me the only thing that should happen is teacher loses job and student suspended...jail is ridiculus
