The note will be cheaper than the gas bill.

It is the same thing as a truck but not as expensive and slightly smaller.

Had a new one in 2000 until 2007.

If I could buy a new one like the 2000, I’d get it.

Unfortunately, I can’t.

frick relying on a 21 year-old daily driver, unless she and I are stuck on an otherwise deserted island.

Then I’d drive the wheels off her.

Um. How bout because a Toyota Sequoia from 2005-06 is a much smarter purchase?
I traded my 05 Sequoia in for an Accord in 2015. It had 189k miles on it and ran PERFECTLY. I miss that rig every day.

I have a 2003 Suburban. Bought new (Dad's) and I inherited when cancer got em in 2007.
Tow package, Bose sound system, leather seats, nice.

248,093 miles as of today.

Replaced the front end (ball joints, tie rod ends, etc), a couple of starters and altnernators, and had to pull the speedometer cluster to send to a guy to rebuild the gears.

Other than that, solid. Amsoil synthetics since it was purchased.

I'mma drive it till it no more go. No payments

12-13 mpg though...not a problem in 2019...

Let's Go Brandon

I have a 2005 yukon. I love it. Runs like a top.

Buy that, or find an 05-06 sequoia.

I had a 2000 suburban as a play vehicle until it got totaled in am accident. Damn thing gave me issues nonstop. I now have a 2000 excursion. I’m right at 200k miles and except for standard repairs(fuel pump, starter, etc.) it’s run it’s arse off. Ran across a guy the other day with a 2003 and he said the same.
