Couldn't get a good enough look at the weapon to determine what kind of weapon and whether it's part of the US arsenal. AFAIK we don't have anything similar to the Russian made RPG. Maybe an M203? If so, they've been known to detonate prematurely. Rare, but it happens. LINK
