I have never done it in a sous vide but makes sense that it would come out good since it’s dependent on a specific temp.

If it were up to her she’d be in ballet school in New York right now.

Speaking of nutcracker. Sitting there last night watching it. Bout to be the mouse king fight and the lights in the theatre come on and the evacuation order was said over the loud system. Had to go outside in the cold and rain till there was the ok. Some idiot decided to smoke in the elevator.
