Sunday drive over the GNO, no rules edition

Had 2 of those state trooper cars with the black writing on the side behind them(might not be state troopers). No lights ever came on and seen at least half riding wheelies. Some privilege right their.

Cops can’t win in that situation. If they try to stop them, the riders are going to flee. As soon as one kills himself fleeing police, they’re going to sue the city or state and get millions for being a criminal. No way to combat this.
I’m pretty sure DC charged a cop with murder after he chased one who died while fleeing.
