It's trespassing. I have a sign that says trespassers will be shot. Guess I need a sign below it that says dogs and pets included.

Depends on size of the dog and if the dog has been eating enough fiber. There’s no way the dog owner can pick up all the remnants on one of those nasty liquid yellow turds. I also prefer that the dog poop in the grass between the street and sidewalk

Yeah I can’t imagine many people mad if it gets picked up. But people who don’t pick it up can go frick themselves eternally.

I supposed some might argue that all the remnants could never be picked up. Others might think just the idea of such an act on their property to be ill-mannered.
