Thinking about pulling the trigger on a new 2015 Outback, loaded. Anyone have experience with this car or Subaru?

I drive an outback sport and love it. Had it for about 4 years. Zero issues.

It's the most practical vehicle out there.

Honestly, I hear good things about them, they are great cars for the mountains and ice/snowy conditions.

From all accounts one of the best vehicles ever built but be careful the weird Suburu owners cult doesn't get you. They make Mac users seem reasonable and well-groomed.

We recently bought a 2014 loaded. We love it. Drives and handles like a champ. Have to say I grew up a Ford fan. In recent years I feel the "imports" are much better vehicles. I love my Nissan pickup and the Subaru has met the same bar Nissan set.

I live in Subaru central and don't see it.

Good solid car, very practical. I have owned one, wouldn't hesitate to get another.

Yea, that's basically me. And as much as I hate to buy an American car I'm currently eyeing the 2015 Ford Transit (high roof).

Had one of the first Outbacks and loved it. Best car I've owned. That said I can't justify buying a brand new anything. Save $15-20k and get a used.

I was mostly kidding. I have known them to proselytize the Suburu but not really to the extent of the Macintoshiites. Do they still make the little El Camino style Suburu? I always thought those were sharp with a toolbox on the bed. Not much legroom for a big boy though.

They have nice interiors. I heard their carpet is very plush and tasty.

You need to get a coexist bumper sticker for it.

Yea. Love my Subaru and if I won the lottery, I'd just buy another one. It's a great car. However, my needs have changed and I want a vehicle that can be my transportation, apartment, attic for camping gear, or garage for my dirtbike. Want to crisscross America in a Transit a few times with a dirtbike and a few hundred pounds of gear in the back. Basically, a practical, non-luxury RV. That's what the transit can be when spec'd correctly.
