No doubt in my mind the old man told the Trooper that verbatim at the scene of the crash. The trooper was following up reminding him of what he said.

Did you even watch either video?

The gold truck driver was gone from the scene that’s why they are relying on the 18 wheeler’s account and he is who provided the gold trucks name and number.

When they show up to take his statement he completely disputes the account.

he also lied and/or misrepresented what the green charger did at the scene look it up.

Oh look, the new Reddit post with the actual evidence of what happened has already been locked by the mods after being posted less than 2 hours ago.

It's time to shut down Reddit and criminally prosecute it's moderators.

What makes you think he left? He pulled over to the side of the road didn't he?

Then why is the NAACP calling for the resignation of the the head of State Police?

Have you seen twitter and FB over the last 48 hrs. Have you seen Ryan Clark’s response?

Don’t fricking patronize people on this site.

Yeah cause Ryan Clark and the NAACP are all expert accident reconstructionist right? Even though he's black, we can ignore the conclusions of the best eyewitness because his opinion doesn't fit the narrative. ..Right?

Eyewitness accounts are notoriously unreliable.

Evidence yes but not without issues.

You are also ignoring the account of the gold truck driver.

You are ignoring OBJECTIVE data of speeds and timing in regards to black box data.

I don’t think anyone would have a problem with Lacy being brought in for questioning based on his involvement and the accounts of the people in this video.

With that said if this is the best the LSP can provide to put themselves in the best possible light for charging someone with vehicular homicide then that is pathetic.

The DA was very competent, because she knew that before you could even get to whether the evidence that was included in the report met all of the elements of each of the crimes for which he was accused, she would have to prove that he knew that his actions were the cause of the accident that led to Mr. Hall's death (mens rea).

So, you look seriously stupid saying anything else about your knowledge of whether Kyren Lacy was culpable for what occurred, considering these things.

Yet another clown that doesn't know how to leave the lawyering to the lawyers.

No , I'm not sure which of you is more incompetent. It's blatantly obvious neither one of you have any concept of negligent vehicular homicide.

Didn’t he kill himself before the district attorney ever accepted charges? And he killed himself in a totally different city involved in a totally unrelated situation?

No. You are. The objective facts are indisputable. Lacy was traveling by far in excess of the speed limit passing 4 vehicles, one of which was an 18 wheeler, in a NO Passing Zone!

At the speed both vehicles were traveling, the head on closing rate was 2 seconds or less.

Had Lacy not been way over speeding in a no passing zone, he'd probably be playing on Sundays right now.

And tell me what makes either Ryan Clark or the NAACP so special they can dispute any of those facts?

It's not about facts at this point . It's about your worldview. That's what's driving people to dispute the facts

His case was going to a grand jury the day after he did what he did.

My understanding is that he ended his life because of this situation.

The dude driving the 18 Wheeler was pretty adamant that the green charger was at fault and he had a front row seat from an elevated position.
He also said the charger blew through the two cars during the crash though

Never disputed that.

Most people passing one car much less 4 are speeding.

Had the Funyun driver been watching the car in front of her he’d be playing on sundays too.

Had the LSP taken the statement of the gold truck driver he’d be playing on sundays too.
