Over 50 years ago the astronauts from Apollo 14 moon landing hit one handed golf shots and threw a javelin on the moon.

The moon’s gravitational force is only 16.6% of that of earth’s. This means a 100 lb person on earth would weigh only 16.6 lbs on the moon.

Imagine the possibilities…
An athlete that could jump 10 ft. distance on earth would be able to jump 60 ft on the moon.
A football thrown 50 yards on earth would travel 300 yards on the moon.
According to the below video, a well struck two handed golf shot could travel 2 miles.

Here’s a YouTube Video of the first sports on the moon, enjoy.

Best part about the Alan Shepard golf ball story.

When Al hit the ball, saying the famous “miles and miles” phrase, someone from Mission Control chimes in “looks like you got that one a little thin, Al.”

Proving that your buddies will still give you shite about your golf game even on another planet (or moon).

Does this also mean my penis will be bigger on the moon? Asking for a friend, ignore the "my."

Will likely be a thing in the 2070s. Maybe I'll live to my 90s and see it.

For sure as SOON as people start going there in number. Space/force - spacetruckers there will be sports.

Probably not but what your friend lacks in size could be made up by thrust possibly.

Does that work out with speed also ?

Instead of driving 90 MPH to increase gas mileage I would be going 540 MPH?

Imagine the gas savings.

But would a person be able to generate the same amount of force in lesser gravity to accomplish these things.
