Not a static fire. I'm pretty sure it's a launch with belly-flop landing.

Hard to say since it's a test. They're at T-minus zero.

It could happen anytime or not at all.

The NSF people said earlier that the window for today was between 12 noon and 6pm central. So there's still plenty of time for the weather to calm down.

I just don’t think it happens today, winds will be much lower tomorrow morning which would bring better chance of success. My guess it will be between 9-10 tomorrow morning
