One’s Mardi Gras does not chase chickens

Not that there is anything wrong with chasing chickens

Both SELA and SWLA agree that life is better south of I10/I12.

I don’t know if dead grandmas or constant victims of car burglary would agree with that, just keep it south of the lake. Keep your trashy little thug bastards south of the interstates you hold so dear and certain parts of Louisiana will be just fine.

South Louisiana has the best and worst aspects of the state. North Louisiana might as well be Mississippi.

Let me quote what a famous or not so famous Governor, from SW Louisiana btw, said about New Orleans..

Whoever drew that shite map is an idiot. Ville Platte, Eunice, and Opelousas have more Cajuns than Lafayette or Lake Charles. Those little country towns are where the real Mardi Gras happens as well.

I've lived in SWLA and SELA. Both have their positives and negatives. I moved back to SWLA, although not sure that St. Landry Parish counts as SWLA. Either way, I prefer the west side of the Atchafalaya to the east.

Both are better than CENLA, though. That's No Man's Land...as in "No Man actually wants to live on that Land".

Louisiana is nothing without the area in red.

Pipeline
Money
LSU
Food
Port

I mean what else does the rest of the state provide to the red area?

None of those will help you survive the apocalypse. Wet cracklins will.

Well, a slight dampening of the state's per capita murder rate for starters.
