Don't know about the 50% occupancy part, but I'd guess knowing his dumb arse that he would reinstate the indoor mask mandate. Prob 60-70% chance.

Ours sent an email requiring for unvaccinated and strongly suggesting for vaccinated. I told my boss no. He’s fine with it.

I would put the odds of a new mask mandate of some flavor sitting around 50%. I would put the odds for another round of occupancy restrictions sub-5%. It would genuinely surprise me.

I seriously think it will mostly be strong encouragement for masks rather than a mandate.
They will start polling too poorly for bringing them back (except dipshit Latoya), and it completely contradicts the vaccine propaganda you see everywhere.
They can't demand people get vaccinated while at the same time not allow people to go without masks.
