I know some black posters like to label this as a microcosm of the black community but in truth with the high rate of black poverty, this represents a very large majority of the community.

Agreed, I don't see it in my neck of the woods either. One thing about the video that I can't help noticing is form/technique of the assailant. It was as if she witnessed a similar action and knew or was trained what to do.
