That's all fine but you don't get to just shoot people on the street. I feel some of you are being purposely obtuse for some strange reason.

Not sure it would be wise to crash into them
Both of you idiots quoted me and posted this bullshite when I specifically addressed your concerns in my post. Now tell me who is being obtuse?

Then wtf are you blabbing about? No one said anything about not being able to follow someone and confront them. You just can't do it with a fricking pistol in your hand like some kind of crazed vigilante.

Oh really? Below is the post I was replied to you tard, try to calm your emotions and work on your reading comprehension!

I am sick of pussies like Hayes who are the aggressor, go out of their way to hunt someone down and confront them.. Then when they recognize they can't defend themselves (either getting their arse deservedly beat or about to be beat) they take the easy way out and murder someone with their gun. this shite has to stop.

Ok e-tough guy. You're taking this shite way too personal.
And it's not the following and confronting that's the issue. It's doing it with a fricking weapon you fricking chimp.

I still don't get why he didn't flee the scene though. Why call 911 and wait.
Considering the circumstances, Hayes could've seen the end game immediately and realized that leaving would be futile. He simply played the hand the best that he could at that point.

He doesn't have a violent past.
He drug his wife out of a club by her hair..
He didn't beat her and she didn't have any injuries, minor (if at all) That was it.
I think it's wrong to do that, but he didn't exactly beat or hurt his wife.
Wtf?

He got out of his vehicle, and approached Smiths vehicle then shot Smith. There is absolutely no case for self defense even if Smith had a weapon in his hand while he was shot.

Then he should have not followed Smith. Once he followed he lost the right to defend himself from someone that was maybe going to get a weapon.

I don't believe the shooter's lawyer.
Posted on 4/10/16 at 11:57 pm to tigerpimpbot
I don't for one second believe Zimmerman's story either but that doesn't matter in the eyes of the law.

Did the shooter get out of his car with the gun or go back and get it?
If Smith was in the car, why would the shooter stay at the car when he could have gone back to his own car and driven off if he thought Smith was going for a gun?
There are several things that don't make sense.

Go back and look at your last pic posted with the passenger door open. It is clearly evident that one bullet hole hit the door, but did not exit the door panel. One can also surmise that this was one of the shots that hit Mrs. Smith. I'm not a forensic scientist, but I can view this pic and assume that particular shot was fired from the driver side at close range.
Basen on that pic alone, self-defense holds zero merit.

A lot of speculation about how much $$ the suspects family received in their lawsuit settlement. Terms were undisclosed but was said to be a 7 figure settlement. That means it ranged from 1,000,000-9,999,999. That's not bad

If so, 911 would tell you not to take things in your own hands. Even worse for him.
