Six Flags is another popular theme park, with locations in various states. However, Six Flags decided to eliminate their meal deal offer after one customer exploited the add-on. Inside the Magic recently reported on a man named Dylan who took advantage of purchasing a $150.00 annual pass, which not only included admission to Six Flags Magic Mountain, but also included parking, and two free meals per day.

Dylan decided to eat inside Six Flags Magic Mountain every day for seven years and, because his meals were free with the annual pass, he saved money in grocery shopping and was able to pay down his student loans, get married, and buy a house.

Hmmmm, but yet I’m the conspiracy theorist thinking food shortages are coming. Makes perfect sense.

$150 with 2 "free meals" per day?
Payback on just the food alone is about 10 trips.

Im so confused how this made sense for Six Flags in any capacity…

Edit: I wonder how many bums scrounged up $150 to be fed all year and hang out in a good environment.

Six Flags Parks around the country unveiled a new add-on to their season passes a few years ago — an $80 add-on, one-time fee, which would get Guests two meals per day, one snack, and unlimited drinks.

quote:

We’re looking at less than 50 cents per meal, and that’s not even if I go every day. That’s the cost of two packs of ramen noodles—but we’re talking two square meals and another half meal basically. It’s just insane. The calorie-to-cost ratio is just unheard of.”

It would be .11 per meal, if the add-on was $80 for a year.

Dumb article.

This is how you get the sugars and the pressures. He’s gonna pay for that medical bills later in life.

This is an example of a real-life hack if you live close enough to take advantage, however, his body probably aged 14 years over that 7 years and may actually be an example of pay now or pay later, the bill always comes due.

I love when companies get their panties in a wod because someone figures out how to beat the system.

Like the guy that ordered a bunch of packs of pudding of from the air catelog and got tons of flight miles and could fly anywhere for free so the company changed it because the pudding didn’t cost anywhere near what flights cost
