Shreveport Popeyes on 70th and Line, driver shot and wrecked car

There was a wrecked car behind Popeyes with about 20 units on scene, crime scene tape going up.
SPD, Sheriffs SFD etc.
KSLA setting up cameras.
Update, man was shot while driving and crashed his car behind Popeyes
