My hunch on this is that people have different optimal times to sleep/wake. Basically, not everyone is a morning person.
I can only guess that it would be an evolutionary advantage to have people with different sleep cycles because that means there's one or two night owls to keep an eye on things and protect the cave/village.

It's not evolutionary, its a product of modern society.
We are essentially designed to wake up as soon as the sun comes up, which Kickstarts our circadian rhythm, get 12 hours or so of sunlight, which spurns Melatonin production, and we go to sleep about 4 hours after the sun goes down. That's the ideal. Obviously modern society precludes that, as well as human migration away from the equator.
But no humans are genetically predisposed to be nocturnal

If you get 4am talking points you better get up at 3am. Maybe that’s why they are so pissed at Trump, they don’t get a good night of sleep. Sucks to be brainwashed.

If I’m up at 4:00 am it’s because I’m going fishing, I haven’t slept yet, or both.

He seems like a good dude but he would be terrifying if he was pissed off at you.
