Kilroy, you can’t defend Wallace anymore. He doubled down and still claims it was a noose and not garage pull. He is still playing victim man. Time to call him out

That being said, when the FBI gave their report, they referred to it as a noose.
In all likelihood, it was tied in a manner that could at least be mistaken as a noose, but it's clear that it was not a statement or threat aimed at wallace. He said unequivocally that it wasn't aimed at him.
