I have Cox internet and would like to share my wireless connection with a neighbor that lives 150 yards away.

If they take their laptop to their backyard they can connect wirelessly to my internet. They go inside and lose the connection.

What can I do to help them get a signal? He's going thru some hard financial times and can't afford internet.

Thanks

I have a deco mesh (now called TP-link) that works great sending signal to the barn... Its about 100 yards away. I put a deco on the back patio and another one in barn.

I’m sure you think you know your neighbor, but that is a slippery slope. Lot of bad things can happen.

Not gonna be reliable and affordable. Easiest is PtP if there's a clear line of sight.
