What brought this to a halt now? It has obviously been going on for years with many many victims. Why is he just now being prosecuted and being named in lawsuits? Who did he piss off?

As far as being prosecuted goes, Homeland Security has such a high conviction rate because they basically have the evidence and case already built by the time they bring charges against you. This takes time to collect, compile, and assemble. They don't just hear rumors, go arrest someone, and only then snoop around for evidence. That's how evidence gets deemed inadmissible and cases fall through. That's why it took a while for the arrest despite it being pretty much an open secret to a lot of people.

The lawsuits are civil charges, not criminal. Once the feds come down with criminal charges then victims feel safer filing the civil suits, hence the windfall of them after the feds swooped in

Didnt NY at one point this year or last year suspend the statute of limitations on certain crime so they could indict Trump?

This then backfired when a women came out of the woodworks identifying Puff Daddy in the open time period of a crime they no deemed ok to prosecute.

I could be wrong, I thought I heard that at one point.

Nine? Damn.......

Now, think about all those adults, many of whom are likely also parties (victims) in this lawsuit, who knew this shite was going on for years. None of them could be bothered to go to authorities and say, "Hey.....they're over here fricking kids on a regular basis, y'all might want to look into it." No, instead they waited until the cat couldn't be kept in the bag any longer and only then filed a civil suit.

It really takes a lot to make Epstein and Dan Schneider look good, but Diddy’s done it.

Just go ahead and feed him to feral dogs if he won’t tell us each and every person he knows doing the shite with him, and even if he does comply feed him to the dogs regardless.

these likely don't even include any of the famous people, who will take that shite to the grave with them bc of the embarrassment and possibly repercussions/retaliation.

I wouldn’t be shocked if Biebs was the nine year old mentioned here.

So all these people all these years knew of this and nothing was said or done until now? Diddy isn't the only person that should be going to jail. Hollywood and the music industry is a cesspool and need to burn to the ground

They all knew. I didn’t know about Diddy specifically, but I knew the Harvey Weinstein allegations years before the public knew. I knew of three specific allegations from Jennifer Lawrence, Blake Lively, and Gwyneth Paltrow. And Gwyneth was Hollywood Royalty, and even she didn’t get past Harvey.

I don't really understand what he's accused of doing. He had a bunch of sex? With women basically attending a "Sex Party w/ Puff Daddy?"

He certainly molested Usher and Bieber. A lot of Justin’s teenage and early 20s behavior is starting to make a lot more sense now. I used to hate him, but now I have nothing but sympathy for the guy.

Wasn't he already a teenager when he was discovered?

I believe he was first recognized for his genuinely impressive drum playing abilities around the age of nine. Here he is at that age playing them:
