Wreck on I12 at Essen is on the shoulder, out of the way. Traffic is backed up to Juban. That's 11 miles and it's not even rush hour yet.

9/10 accidents I witness on the interstate are off to the side and are not blocking traffic. However, 100% of those off-to-the-side accidents cause miles long backups because of rubberneckers. Infuriating.
