so lets be sure to kill before it gets there so our conscience is clean
Because I know I vote against every single item for welfare and social program imaginable. So it’s like we really just want the baby to be born, then wash our hands of it and be done with it at that point from our “conscience”

This isn't being done for you right to lifers. It's about keeping poor people poor, our sick sick. Your hospitals can charge you more money if you have to carry to term. Banks can charge you higher interest if your credit is shite. It's staring us in the face and yet emotion is blinding this country.

I think the people that give a shite about that were going to vote democrat anyway.
Maybe so. OTOH you would be surprised at the number of women who have had abortions, some you would never guess in a million years. Others who would at least like to have the option, just in case. And when you have state legislatures passing, or trying to pass no-exceptions antiabortion laws, or trying to criminalize the act of crossing state lines for an abortion...it makes a lot of people uneasy, including some fairly conservative ones. We'll see how it plays out. Things are about to get interesting, that's for sure.

If a person has had more than one abortion they are not a whore IYO?

She need an abortion after a miscarriage?
Yes. It is called an incomplete abortion where the patient will have expulsion of some products of conception, but with visible tissue still present on exam, as well as an open cervical os.

Lol you fricking moron. Link the law.
There is no law mandating that a mother die. Why wouldn’t the doctors try to save everyone?
Stop repeating bullshite you heard on a MSNBC panel of idiots and think for yourself.

Should poor people be allowed to execute their toddlers in order to help their financial status?
At some point, our human morality has to take precedent over people who constantly make poor decisions. The question is where is that line?

Outside of that, no one will truly be impacted other than now they might have to use condoms, BC, etc.

Yeah. It sucks but I'm not capable of worrying about every child born into shitty situations.
And I also don't think abortions will drop at any significant rate.

Instead of refuting information with facts you resort to pedantic insults. Coming from you that's no surprise.

Imagine thinking the only solution is abortion vs not getting pregnant by someone you don't want to marry because you were too lazy or stupid and didn't use any form of BC. BC, especially multiple forms used at the same time (being on the pill and still using condoms) is over 99% effective or something crazy.

The fact that you people are pissed that this is now a state-by-state determination is ridiculous. It should have always been state rights and not one for the Feds.
Regardless of the state vs federal, they had decades to codify abortion and instead they used it as carrot to fear monger this day. Democrats just assumed this day was never coming

This has nothing to do with current or past abortion law.

Poor people will now make more poor people as a result of this.
The "poor decisions" you imply will be made ONLY follow an initial "poor decision". From my recollection, there has only been one immaculate conception in human history (though I'm sure some will argue otherwise). The issue of abortion never has and never will be one that strongly drives my political views. All of the things you mentioned going wrong in the country right now certainly take much more precedence (IMO). But to suggest this decision shouldn't have been made so as to somehow protect people from making "poor decisions" is absurd.
Accountability. Learn it. Love it. Live it. If you are deeply concerned about not having the ability to get an abortion....then don't fricking get pregnant. There are numerous inexpensive and readily available means of PREVENTATIVE birth control. I'm sure there are many on here (well maybe not on the soccer board) who have been able to engage in sexual intercourse numerous times without such resulting in a pregnancy simply because they took steps to avoid that potential outcome on the FRONT end. Just a modicum of forethought and responsibility could complete eliminate being faced with making a "poor decision" on the back end.
I 100% agree with you that abortion should very low on the priority list of issues effecting all Americans, relatively speaking. But that doesn't mean I agree with keeping a poor LEGAL ruling in place simply to benefit those who often want to avoid any accountability for their actions.
