The junkie that wears the bike helmet at the College Dr and Corporate intersection. Was a staple there 10 years ago.

not to derail the thread but I have always wondered why an enterprising group of young men has not instituted a protection tax for these deadbeats. Who the hell are they gonna complain to?

It seems like panhandlers get an intersection allocated to them for an entire month. Sometimes they call in sick and another one will fill in, but for the most part it's the same one there for a period of time.

One armed guy has been around for a while. There is a blond Joe Dirt looking man in his mid to late 20's that's been around a while. Walks slowly with his head down.

95% of time it's women giving the bums money. Tell your wives in their Volvo SUVs to stop feeling guilted into contributing to the homeless problem.

I see that guy all the time. These people must have trouble making as much money these days when a lot of people don't even carry cash
