Southern Georgia is like "frick a mask"
Louisiana is tight for really no reason
Texas is loose
New Mexico is super tight
Oklahoma doesn't really care
Arky is only tight on mask and distancing along the interstate (kinda)
The Dakotas, Nebraska and Kansasdont do dick...
The rest of the country is assholes
