Whoever it is, the customer always gets a window of when they’ll be there…8-12, 1-5 etc. Why do they always show up towards the end of the “time window”? I’ve never had one show up early or at the beginning of the time.

The one time I chanced it and went to a work meeting instead of being at home for the start of the window, they showed up and I missed delivery and had to reschedule.

Try scheduling something for the beginning and they will be there without fail.

I had a window of 10-2 for AC guy yesterday and they showed up at 11 AM
