Damn bro, that sucks. You’ll be in my thoughts and prayers.
Have you been taking a lot of liquid Cialis?

Prayers going up. Good luck! I haven't read the thread, so sorry if it's been covered. Meditation could help you in a number of ways. Get better, man.

Oh yeah, and stay off the booze. (I hope your doctor advised that).

prayers sent. remember that doctors are experts when it comes to hearts. they know a lot about cardiac stuff. I know your docs will be able to get a handle on the issue and help you. praying for you, bud.

Yea, that's a bummer when you first hear it but here's some good news from my own experience.
At 40 had the same, PVCs led to a work up then a cardiac cath where they discovered a left bundle branch block. No meds prescribed all is well, fast forward 20 years and I'm having left side ventricular fibrillation heart rate up to 200bpm intermittently. Could have died.
Implanted a pacer / defibrillator heart rate now good at 60bpm resting. My EF was 28-30 on implant date and 3 years later after being on meds and the pacer my EF increased to 55, on the low end of normal. One of my cousins is a cardiologist (not treating me) he reviewed and is not concerned.
I will say that the life style changes of reducing stress, eating right and exercise can be more difficult to adhere to but an absolute must. This you have to do.
I hesitate to post such personal info about myself but wanted you to know that 1) I had the same reaction at first and 2) non-ischemic cardiomyopathy can be mangaged well for a long, long time.
God Bless and good luck, you got this.

Man, there is so much that can be done for the heart these days that it’s incredible. Brain and nervous system however, not so much. Most people that have had your exact condition never knew it while they were alive. It’s good that you identified it.

If you've never sat at your computer and created a document for your wife that entails all of your life insurance information such as policy numbers, company, and coverage amount, along with your wishes for what she is to do with the money as it relates to your very young children (who don't deserve to lose their dad anytime soon), it's a terrifyingly huge mind-frick of an experience that I hope you never have to go through.
This is a necessity for anyone with a wife, children and any assets.
Prayers for your recovery.
