There some things to learning to live, love, and let go. My Mom was diagnosed with metastasized breast cancer in March and it’s terminal (but a longer diagnosis, so not immediate). You will 100% go crazy if you don’t stop “sweating the small stuff”.
Reach out and talk to someone. There’s counselors/therapists that deal with this kind of stuff that can help you process it.

Just curious. What made you go in for the abnormal ekg. Was it a normal check up or were you feeling bad? Any family history of heart trouble?
Hope you get better! I’ve had similar issues with PVC in the past and some occasional Supraventricular tachycardia that the cardiologist says is “just an electrical problem” and nothing to be worried about. Easy for her to say.
