You should see the comments section on the press conference post on urban cast Facebook page. Not 1 collective brain in the 600 plus commenters. How can people be this dumb? You don’t fight a damn cop and expect to continue breathing after the altercation. They’re going to kill you, they’re trained on how to, and they are justified in doing so. Period!

When looking at the dash cam video, you can clearly see he grabs the officers right wrist and taser, then using his right hand reaches around the officers back and comes very close to grabbing the gun and even looks like he touched it at one point. So far I have not read any news about the attempt to take the officers gun.

When cadets go through training at the academy they do not believe how quickly things can get out of control.

It will come out in the investigation. Ray Charles being led by Stevie Wonder could see that. If he did touch the gun, they may already have DNA. Another inch or so and he would have had that gun. I also heard there was recent reporting of people seen in that area wielding guns with magazine extensions. That was maybe why he was patrolling the area.

scary shite. you can hear the fear in the deputy's breathing when he's on the ground.
I don't get why he was such a dick to the deputy though. he was stern, but not giving complicated orders. I'm honestly surprised the deputy didn't draw down sooner when the guy came barreling out of his truck.

I haven`t seen any news on Derrick Kittling, like what he did for a living, where he worked or the motivation or reason for not complying and attacking the officer.

Whenever I've been pulled over I cooperate. Being nice and orderly can definitely get you out of some tickets.
