Rank these golf-course communities

How would the OT rank these Baton Rouge metro area golf-centric neighborhoods from least to most trashy? And why would you rank them that way?
Country Club of Louisiana
Santa Maria
Pelican Point
Greystone
University Club/Lexington Estates
Copper Mill
Beaver Creek
Westdale Heights (Webb Park Baton Rouge)
Bluffs at Thompson Creek
Carter Plantation
The Island (Plaquemine)
***Not a judgement entirely on the quality of the course (some of these are closed AND that would be a golf board topic). This is more of a holistic gauge of trashiness or lack of trashiness by the experts.

I get we’re trying to be funny, but living in a golf course community is not trashy

Squire Creek sneers at all of them.

Then rank them in declining levels of un-trashiness.

If he lives there, doesn't that make it at least slightly trashy?

Greystone is probably the least-fancy.
Bluffs at Thompson Creek is the most geographically interesting.
CCLA is probably the nicest.

What if said golf course used a trailer for a club house? Or if the surrounding neighborhood was home to a rapper? Or if one was the setting to a Jessica Lang movie?

University Club/Lexington Estates
These are two separate neighborhoods. Lexington is not on a golf course
