Don't be like me last year and try to thaw turkey out the morning of.

No need to thaw. I threw a frozen one in fryer last year and it turned out perfect

Why bother? Throw it in frozen. That’s why the fryer/oven are hot

Frying my first turkey this year...don't really have space to thaw it in my fridge, so I'm just gonna turn the oil up a bit hotter to account for a frozen bird going in the grease! Can't wait!!!

You can Google what temp to thaw in fryer per size of bird. Forgot the site.

I prefer multiple smaller birds than those steroid freaks they try to sell you. Not looking forward to eating Barry Bonds over thanksgiving.

Pro tip: cut the bird up into small pieces and microwave it. Thaws way quicker and cooks much more evenly than if done whole
