I'd consider myself more of a centrist than a moderate on either side.
But yeah. I vote independent most of the time.

Who knew printing and dumping 100s of billions of dollars into the economy wouldn't have consequences?

No he wasn't. He spent 2008-2016 questioning the legitimacy of Obama's citizenship and was derided by the left for it.

Yeah, the right is in such sync right now. You nailed it!
You've definitely got your finger on the pulse man. The entire right is behind Trump and that's why he got everything he wanted the past 4 years...
Progressives are such fricking simpletons.

WTF does that mean? Is that about picking which primary you vote in or something?
Or is it just a meaningless platitude, and you pick a Democrat or Republican to vote for, like everyone else does?

It means he votes for an independent

It means he throws his vote away to make himself feel better, and so he can tell people on an anonymous message board for e-cred.

Since so few independents actually run for office, nothing.
It usually means someone wants to keep their ideology secret.

Not hard to check the pulse when you can see how various members of the party have been treated for daring to speak out against Dear Leader. There was some breaking news on that front just today.

Ivanka and JDog had a fundraising per plate dinner at their home for Corey Booker around the same time lol. For Jersey races.

Or maybe, just maybe, he votes for the candidate that most align with his values.
Novel concept. You vote for the letter behind a name because you're simple and can't think for yourself

He's not voting for independents. His ideology is pretty well documented here the past few weeks.
True independents can vote either way, but on the national scene that's not a reality anymore. Locally, yeah...I get it.
I voted for a D for governor, Libertarian for president and a Republican for senate. I don't think that kind of spread will be possible in the future.

Oh here we go.
It means I vote policy and not party. I vote based on a candidate's platform and voting history, which is easily researchable through various government websites. You can literally see a political candidate's voting history from their initial election into that position and compare it to their current platform to weed the bullshite out and see what is party rhetoric.
I voted Bush in 00, I voted Kerry in 04, I voted McCain in 08, etc.
All party gets you is a say in the primaries and a fancy club card.

The alternative this would be Racistsexisttransphobic Orange Man.
