Has anyone poured cement within the last 6 months? What is cement going for right now?

It’s a fraction of the cost to pour concrete.

You will spend just as much (or more) for the lumber to make your forms as you will for the con cor ete .

Jpcajun,
Tell me how many yards or the size of your project. I will then gladly give you a roundabout price

Regular old slab for a patio where they dont have to dig a footing or parking pad at 4" thick.... you looking at about $6.50-8 a sq foot. So a 10' x 10' slab would be $650 to $1000.

Price goes up when you need to rent a Georgia buggy, haul off material, dig a footing, rent a pump truck....

F.O.B. Type I/II Portland Cement is around $135.00 per ton in Baton Rouge (C.O.D.)

Bulk freight to Lafayette would be around an additional $10.00 per ton, based on ~ 25 ton loads.
