Maybe if the cop acted so egregious that it would spark rioting by the natives. They have proven they don't know how to act in public. It would have to be way over the top though.

We've seen instances where the bodycams CLEARLY show the Police in the right, yet people still wanna loot.

If you’re against police tactics fine. If you’re sympathetic to the way a child grows up in certain cultures then fine. You can make those points without turning this 16 yr old into a Michael Brown “hands up, don’t shoot”. He wasn’t an innocent child murdered in cold blood. He was destined to be memorialized on a T-shirt no matter who put him there

The law of averages says you are correct, but I don't think we know, or will ever know that definitively.
