whether they actually announced. I ha
9 people probably yelled police as the hammer hit the door knob. Just my guess.

This line is very important. Re-read and comprehend it.

Can we also agree that there was no need for that raid in the first place? That early morning raids are extremely dangerous. That many times(including this one) they don’t even end up wit who or what they were after?
They'll say they're against these raids but when anyone makes any reasonable suggestion to fixing the issue, it gets labeled as defunding the police.
The FOP and those who blindly support the police will fight tooth and nail to avoid any kind of real culpability for poor policing and poor policy.

I at least appreciate how you're openly racist.

Youre literally making stuff up and pretending its reality.
Can you read? go back through the past few pages and try again.

To argue the point that the raid should have never occurred in the first place, and that the same items that were found in this persons home would be found in 10s of thousands of homes across the country, and were most likely in your own home when you were raided
You also called your own raid unjustified, which is what I have been calling this raid.
My entire argument has been the kid died unnecessary because the cops should have never conducted the raid in the first place.

You sure do like to throw that word around. It won't help with me. I don't suffer any guilt. Sorry.

It's all he has to counter with. Like most racists.

This
Had
Nothing
To
Do
With
The
Kid
Pointing
A
Gun
At
Cops.
Regardless of what was in the house, he died because he pointed a gun at the cops.
I agree with you that night time raids for drugs shouldnt happen. But they do, and most of the time no one dies.
Youre conflating issues.

No doubt. You're not intelligent enough.
Still, it helps point out the lowest denominator.

White guilt is an indicator of intelligence? Please explain this.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but they were actually there at the behest of neighbors tired of drugs being sold in their neighborhood. The neighbors that showed them video evidence of drug activity.
Funny because you hear it all the time, how neighborhoods go down fast, because the police don’t want to do anything about the crime, so people just move out or move away. And then more bad people move in.

The issues are mixed.
Kid died because he pointed a gun at the cops
But the only reason kid pointed a gun at the cops was because the cops entered kids home, looking for individual who wasn’t there, to arrest said individual for a drug selling operation that by all info thus far was not occurring.
So what is the end result? A dead kid and a bunch of cops who came back with nothing they went there for.
ETA: if this didn’t happen often, there would be less of a discussion. However we hear about botched nighttime raids far to often

No they arent. Only to people trying to muddy the waters.
You dont have to agree with common police practices to understand that pointing a gun at cops will lead to bad thing. People are choosing a very poor case to make a stand upon.

Those items maybe in thousands of peoples houses. Is there video of you dealing drugs out of your house or driveway that woukd warrant police involvement?
I can answer that question decisively about myself.
