The tragedy is compounded by the fact that no one was going to watch this abomination of a movie.

Is there some evidence he intended to kill the woman? Otherwise it is a tragic accident, and those that were negligent will have to deal with civil actions.

Do not disagree. However, he can still be held criminally liable.

Proof of intent? I don't give a frick about Alec Baldwin and it doesn't matter to me either way, but being that is was supposed to be a prop, I would think that it would fall on whoever handles the props, with that said, I would think that for safety reasons the person who is about to use the gun in a scene should do a check as well.

There are hunting accidents in which a hunter accidently shoots another hunter because the shooter didn't see the hunter he shot, etc and doesn't go to jail.

I would think that if it was clearly intentional the girl he shot family would be fighting to get justice.

This is really no shock, most gun crimes are committed by left leaning types.

Well, there is a lot of evidence that shows he was willing to do just about anything to stay in power.

The whole stolen election claims were bullshite. That's coming from people who had supported him and did two and three investigations into the election results in areas he claimed there was voting irregularities.

It would actually be hard to have a mass amount of voter fraud at any given poll where candidates have their own people on site. If you think that each candidate doesn't have people going through voter list with a fine tooth comb months before the election to identify people on the list who are dead, etc.

When I ran for a city council seat in 2003.. 2004 after I purchased a voter list in my district, I went through and categorized each person. There was "near sure vote" "undecided" "no vote" and then "unknown".

There were 5 other candidates and just over 700 voters with a voter turnout average of just over 75%. I was elected in a runoff and had the support of the person who finished 3rd, two of the other candidates said they were not going to verbally back me or the other candidate and two backed the other candidate (the amount of votes they had didn't equal the mount of votes the person who finished 3rd).

Once early voting is over the list of who went vote is available, you print out several list, you highlight who early voted then have a poll watcher at each poll. They highlight each person that comes in to vote and throughout the day you switch out list so you can see who hasn't voted and if you know for sure you have they vote you call and remind them.

After the election I had 43% of the votes. The amount of votes I had was equal to the amount of votes I had in the first election plus the votes the 3rd place candidate had. Its not hard to figure out who voted for who at a high accuracy rate.

Every candidate had a poll watcher, you go in and tell them your name, you have to sign by your name. Someone else checks it before you go in. Its not as easy as some of you think to commit voter fraud and if someone does fall through the cracks it will eventually be found. Yet Trump has convinced so many people he was cheated out of the election.

He wanted people to stop the VP from doing a formality. He waited 3 hours before doing anything. Pence had to eventually override Trump, which at the time was not reported because it would have undermined a sitting president. Yet you think its all one big witch hunt on poor donald trump. If Trump was a democrat you would be calling for his head.

the gun "could not be made to fire without a pull of the trigger while the working internal components were intact and functional."

Anyone w/ a basic knowledge of guns has known this from the beginning. How in the world has it taken 9 months for investigators to figure this out?????

You call other people names and say they are in a cult. Yet this is all you talk about (other than random gibberish). You are the one with the obsession. It’s sad really.

I feel like most people knew this the day it happened.

Apparently the FBI consists solely of high school dropouts on a power trip.

There is a standard protocol to all of it. My twins were costars (loosely) in a television show and one of the final scenes involved weapons. The prop guns were passed around to everyone in the scene (including myself) to inspect, check prior to the scene starting, etc. Knowing that it truly baffles me how a live round could have made its way to set without someone figuring it out. I’d guess someone switched the guns with an evil intent.
