So if I call the fire department when my car is on fire, does that mean I am calling in a bomb threat?
im not following you. what does that have to do with this guy acting erratically in the middle of the highway, ignoring the police orders all while saying his car was about to explode?

from these pictures I see him reaching into a window that is half way rolled down...which explains why there is blood on the window
There's blood across the top of the window going all the way down.
Can you see the photo I posted?
Here I will post it again for you.

the blood streak starts about 6-7" from the top of the door window opening. I can reach in my car with that much of an opening

Since the officer that shot and killed Crutcher suspected he was on PCP, then shouldn't she have realized that he may have been incapable of comprehending the commands?
One officer pulled out his taser and officer that shot Crutcher pulled out her gun at the same time and it seems that the two officers fired the taser and the gun simultaneously.
For what????
It is not clear in the snapshots from the helicopter video posted above if the window to the driver's side of the SUV is open or closed, so those snapshots really don't solve anything.

He said "my car is going to explode", and is running away.
The Einsteins on this board think he claimed to have a bomb and that justified him being shot.
My question is that if I call the fire department and say "my car is on fire and might explode" will the same Einsteins think I have a bomb too?

clear enough for a jury to have a reasonable doubt that he was reaching in the car

arm was in the window.
indisputable

And when the police arrive and ask you to stop away from the vehicle what would you do?

Is that what he said? OR are you just trying to twist things so far just to argue

you're drawing your own conclusion, I havent heard anyone say he claimed to have a bomb

I still dont get how that is relevant to this situation since none of that happened

Do you see an area where there's a change in reflectivity- I.e. where something that was reflecting light is no longer- like this mysterious 6" gap some people claim to see?
That would imply it was partially rolled up.
Maybe it's just me, but I don't see it.

In this situation, he was armed. Having a bomb is considered a weapon. The officer(s) was well within their rights to use force the moment he claimed to have a bomb. Good guys win, again.

Let's say you are a cop:
Suspects acts like he is on drugs, Suspect puts his arms up with out prompting from you, walks 20 feet back to his car, Suspect does not follow orders to stop, then Suspect puts his arm into the window like he is grabbing something.
That is a clean shoot. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
The only thing that could be argued, is that the cops should of tazed him before he reached his vehicle. Once he reached his vehicle, IMO it was escalated by the perp into a deadly situation.

Here is the real question.
Who would care if this guy was white?
I believe approximately 3 times more white people have been killed by cops THIS YEAR than black people.
FWIW - the arm is in the car, you have two cops yelling instructions at you, all he had to do was listen.
Why must we always blame racism -- THIS INDIVIDUAL MAN - refused to listen.
People who listen - live , people who refuse - risk harm.
Is this rocket science?

Ask them to direct traffic? Help me put out the fire?

Show me a photo with the window rolled down and I have no problem with this shoot. If that window is rolled up and the door closed,
Generally speaking it's not a good idea to shoot people walking away from you. Ask the Chicago cops in the McDonald case about it.
