At age 13, he strangled a 4 year old boy, hit him with large rocks, poured kool aid into his cratered skull, and sodomized him with a tree branch. Not sure how they could let this animal free. Here's hoping there will be vigilante justice once he is out.

WTF?!?
No amount of therapy can make a sociopathic person empathetic. You can't fix that. Without an outlet for sociopathic tendencies (like politics, law, or journalism), that kid is going to end up doing something horrific again.

If I was the victims Dad, the safest place for this guy would be prison. I would be buying nails and picking a tall tree deep in the woods. When they search for bodies they always look down.
