Running is good for you.
Obviously, you have to do it correctly and in proper moderation, but it is overall very healthy exercise.

I’m old, 72, and I use a weighted vest while walking in the neighborhood but don’t wear sunglasses nor a hat. I want to be seen and recognized…… heehee. Look at that old fart who can still get it!

Op inspired me to dig up some old wrist weights for my conditioning rides. I hope the thought of that bothers him.
