What do you enjoy about it? You go to a campground, set up your camper... Some campground have a pool.. But other than that. You are pretty much setting up a temporary home to just take it easy..

The last time I went to someone's camp site. It was in the summer. Hot as hell. And they sat outside and just watched people pass by on 4 wheelers and golf carts. And cooked.

We all like different things and if that is your thing that is cool, but what do you enjoy about it?

Because we can get out and enjoy the water and weather and shite? Not talking shite but I don’t think you can really relate with camping and hiking bub

And they probably didn’t do shite to be accommodating to you

Sometimes it’s just nice to get out of the trailer park for a while, it’s also a fun place to smoke meth

That sounds miserable June through September in this state.
Yeah, you can hike, but the damn horse flies will be all over you during the day and mosquitos and gnats in the evenings.

I've been once. It's not my thing. Why not rent a cabin? You don't have to pull anything, you don't have set up anything and tear it down to leave. Seems like a waste of time. If I'm going somewhere to enjoy myself, I'm not bringing a fricking camper. In fact I will never own one. If I go camping it will be in a tent otherwise I'm renting a cabin.

Can you go out on the river tubing by yourself? Little different than floating in a pool. But not shocking you do t know this since you went camping once and they didn’t do shite to accommodate you

I've always wanted to ask someone with a neckbeard why they don't shave that thing, so why don't you shave that thing?

Used to camp during the summer when I was a kid. We used to camp and ride dirt bikes in Chipola and Enon or camp on Last Island and gig for flounder.

Can't now. Climate change has made Louisiana summers too hot.

Or maybe because I like the AC too much now.

Well I get where you're coming from and all but the point is to do shite.

Hiking, kayaking, fishing, going to the beach, tubing. You know, that sorta thing.

The best state park/campground I've ever been to is big lagoon in perdido. Amazing place.

That’s not camping. If you’re not sleeping in a tent and sitting around a campfire you’re doing it wrong.

Y’all went camping during the last ice age? I didn’t know there were dirt bikes around during the Younger Dryas.

Serious question, but are camp sites usually handicap accessible? Like showers and stuff

Sleeping in a plastic bag in the LA summer heat is a terrible idea

You sound upset.

I've been on a camping trip in which we drove to Wyoming. We camped in Texas, Colorado and Wyoming.

Colorado Springs and Cheyenne & Casper, Wyoming in late is a lot different than South Louisiana in late June.

Was I able to do everything? No. But I got to see a lot and do the things I were able to do.. With that said, I don't like camping. Even if I could do everything, if I go somewhere, I'd rather go somewhere with some action.. And not having to worry about cooking every meal and doing all the shite you do at home, that you bring somewhere else to do.

But this is specifically about people who go to campgrounds in Louisiana.. Especially South Louisiana.

There are a good bit of people who go to camp grounds throughout South Louisiana. And if that's their thing.. Cool. But I don't understand it because it is hot as frick.
