There's a credit union across the street from my place, with a parking lot that runs right up against an Xfinity store. There are tons of signs warning about parking, but people are constantly parking there for Xfinity. For the past month or so, there have been guys sitting out there booting people left and right the second they get out of their car and turn to go into Xfinity.

Moral question: Should I start yelling from my balcony to warn people, or say screw them and let it happen because they're breaking the rules? Credit union has to be making a killing.

ETA: People are getting pissed and going in to yell at Xfinity...effing victim culture

No

You should threaten to do so if the booting company doesn't cut you in on the racket

I'd go tell the booters about it and get them to "convince" you not warn the people parking.

No, you shouldn’t disturb the balance of the universe. Just watch things unfold as they may

I would warn them. frick people who make money off of parking violations, particularly in nebulous parking lots like that one.

That company is probably mobbed up, so no.

It is pretty nebulous for sure, but there are signs everywhere. I'm thinking I'll possibly warn based on the looks of the particular person.

Good looking women and old people.

The guys doing the booting are wearing bulletproof vests. I guess I can see how they might face some pissed off people.

Stay out of it.

Unless, of course, it's Riverside Towing. IN that case, go put a big neon light out in front saying "DON'T PARK HERE OR THE SCUMBAGS WHO RUN RIVERSIDE WILL TOW YOU AWAY!"

Considering there’s three warning signs posted on that wall, just stay out of it.

That parking lot looks pretty trashy.

You should reevaluate your life if that's your view.

Going to take a guess here but that Sentra with the spoiler for the definite need to keep traction on those back tires belongs to the dude wearing the long black denim "shorts."

How is it "nebulous"....if there are signs "everywhere" Seems pretty straightforward to me. I see the sign, I calculate the risk. Im in out a couple three minutes...ok. Xfinity store...not worth the risk, i could be in there an hour in line. Actually feel for the CU. They probably dont want to be the bad guy here because people will somehow look at it as the CUs fault their car got booted but CU is up against it for their clients being able to access services

Back fence has 3 more, as does the side of the Xfinity building.

Big black guy and his girlfriend just got booted. This one might be interesting to watch unfold.

I've figured I'm just going to start pointing behind them and if they see me and figure it out, good for them. If not, they're screwed.
