He’s not
Definitely cut and in shape, but not jacked. Cardio was/is his primary focus.

putting like 20-30lbs of pure muscle on nadal or djok would be like the ideal SEAL body.

"beyond a reasonable doubt that a significant portion of the candidate population is utilizing a wide range of performance-enhancing drugs."
The lack of sleep in training forces candidates to take PEDs to stay awake through it.
I asked a friend how he handled the sleep depravation and he said the key was to always stay moving.

t can be. The best SEAL I’ve ever known was a 5’7 180 Asian.
If you're ripped at 180, you would look huge.

from google so take it fwiw, 5'7" 180

Right but that guy is carrying way more body fat than a SEAL would
A low body fat 180 lbs on 5’7” would be a pretty swole little ninja ball of muscle

yeah I saw that one when I googled, but my pee stick made a tingle so I had to hit the x really fast.

He died with both lungs full of fluid and pneumonia. He was sick as hell and just didn’t wanna quit. It’s a shame they’re going this route to cover their arse.
They found this in his car and covering their arse…. That simple.

And I'm sure he was required to get the jab multiple times.
So, wasn't there a report that getting vaccinated (and multiple boosters) weakens the immune system overall?

If you're typically in a sniper/overwatch position, or JTAC, etc? I agree, you probably need recovery for longevity vs explosive power.
You don’t have to be “jacked”

why would performance enhancing drugs be banned for people putting their life on the line? these guys should be able to get a script for anythign they want when it comes to PEDs. fricking stupid....."you cant use drugs taht make you perfrom better in a war zone, its not fair"
I’d bet once they’re SEALS they are all on PED’s under doctor’s supervision with the Navy’s approval or outright orders. But I can definitely see not wanting them on them while they are being evaluated—choosing them needs to be done on as clean/fair a slate as possible so they know what they’re getting at their baseline.
That said, it takes a certain kind of ultra competitive, risk-taking person to even try out for SEALS. To think these dudes wouldn’t be juicing out of their minds to get an edge on the competition is naive at best.

The death is really sad but the knee jerk sudden caring is comical to me.
A bunch of us juiced in the marine corps. That was just a common thing. Lots of other military branches all do that.
Everyone, every single one of the burial team guys in the marine corps all juice. Don’t think when 6 guys do a right and left face movement and then reverse curl the casket at the same time for a drill movement, that they are just eating clean and working out. Their whole job is to lift to perform those moves without fail.

im not surprised that the seals are using steroids but i dont think steroids led to the trainee's death. it was most likely one of those sooper safe vaxxines
Posted on 9/28/22 at 5:51 pm to SPEEDY
PEDs aren’t half as dangerous as these vaccines are.

Or maybe the fact he had pneumonia in both lungs, likely exasperated by being in sub 70 degree water for three weeks.

Why are we shocked that people are dying while voluntarily participating in an event called Hell Week?
Also I think Navy SEALs on PED's is a legit idea. We should just monitor it with a physician.

agreed, PEDs can be a huge advantage and are very safe if prescribed under the direction of a doctor
