Finished week 3 yesterday!
Moving on to rest week and I feel 100x better than when I started.

I dont feel overly aweful, just pretty sore every day so far. I feel rediculous doing some of the movements honestly, can't keep leg straight, out of sync after a few reps, going wrong direction.... haha never felt this uncoordinated before

I'm in block 2 right now.

I have done p90x, p90x2, insanity, etc. and "Eccentric Upper" in p90x3 is the most brutal workout I've done. The decentric pullups are freaking killer.

Stephanie in the yoga and Pilates videos gets my motor running.

And I know she's Tonys girl, but Shawna is fiiiiine.

I missed Tuesday and yesterday due to being sick like a dog. I feel much better today and plan on doing doubles today and tomorrow to catch up. Going to hit up a workout at lunch and after work.

I did the challenge last night and really didnt bring it. I upped my numbers to 15 pushups 5 pullups and really struggled.

I did 10 and 5 last week and didnt have a problem. 10 was killing me last night.

Starting tonight.... just got word from wife that we're headed to Destin in July with other people..

I got 35lbs to drop

Good luck. It should be attainable if you stick to it and eat fairly well. I've dropped 10 lbs in 10 days since starting the program.

I did Pilates today. It was my first time doing it and I felt like I did a lot of moves wrong or didn't get the right pump from some of the moves. Hopefully I get better at that workout, it's definitely something different. I'm on the first recovery week. Looking forward to starting Phase 2 on Monday.

Are you doing anything special to drop weight that quickly? I find with these programs you don't see much weight loss for a while because you are building up muscle.

I am on day 12, been eating very clean, tons of water, no alcohol, etc - and haven't lost a pound.

i'm pretty much loading up on king cake, bread pudding, king cake bread pudding, chicken wings, etc. as much as i can this weekend before re-starting X3 on Monday.
