It's a 2016 with a manual transmission.

There is a clicking sort of vibration in the brake pedal, the accelerator, and the gear shift lever when in forward motion.

It does not vary with speed. It does not occur in reverse. It is not felt in the clutch.

Anybody got any idea what this could be?

Just turn your radio up. No clicking.

motor or trans mount. CV Shaft. Loose wheel or bad wheel bearing. Maybe.

I'd inspect those to start.

CV on Mazda's suck but... clicking is worse when turning and it 100% changes with speed. So it's not that.

Do a quick check to make sure your blinker's not on. My Papaw used to drive for miles and miles down the road with his blinker on wondering all the while what that dad-blamed clickin' noise was.

The vague noise compensator is on the fritz. Sorry. It’s probably terminal. Did you try turning it off and then turning it on again
